Intracon is an International Marketing agency that helps B2B and B2B2C companies achieve their goals with inspiring, creative marketing & sales orientated solutions, and we are currently looking for a Financial Controller who will be responsible for corporate reporting to the Corporate Service Director, financial statements management and analysis, and will lead a small team for ensuring accuracy and control of company´s accounting and tax as well, among others.



· Provide strong support to the Corporate Services Director and General Management to lead efficiently the business operations in order to focus on the appropriate priorities for business growth.

· Prepares and provides financial statements, sales reports, commission reports, analysis, and other reports and dashboard.

· Budget and forecast creation support.

· Ensure that all accounting operations and data entry are processed in an accurate way. Review of monthly and yearly accounting closing ensuring timely reconciliation of all accounts, to verify its accuracy by tracking and monitoring the financial records. Supervise tax liquidations as well, ensuring schedules required and tax fillings as required by local    tax and legal legislations.

· Fiscal area supervision.



· Degree in Business Administration, economics or similar with minimum experience 5 years similar position within Service Companies, leading a team.

· Analytical and hands-on approach to tasks and initiatives.

· Methodical, organized and rigorous person.

· Continuous improvement oriented, reliability and a sense of urgency.

· Strong communicative skills, collaborative mindset and ability to quickly form relationships, internally and externally.

· High level Excel skills.

· SAP Business One user.

· Fluent in English is a must.

· Power BI knowledge valuable.
